We are open for customers’ to drop-off and pick-up during the following. times:

Monday – Friday7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Saturday – Sunday4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Dog Boarding Rates

Our boarding rates are set on a per day basis regardless of size or breed of your dog.  We charge by the calendar day to accommodate the various travel schedules of the dogs’ owners.  This allows us to reserve a kennel for your pet for the entire first day and last day of your dog’s scheduled stay.  An early check-out discount is available Monday – Friday if your dog is picked up by 7:30 AM. Multi-pet family discounts are available if your dogs are able to share the same kennel.

*3 dogs (2 kennels w/2 dogs sharing kennel)$69 per day
*sharing kennels will be based on availability and size of of dogs.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.  A convenience fee of 3.25% will be added for those choosing to pay with a debit/credit card. 
Payment in full is expected at time of pick-up.

FAQs

What vaccinations are required to board my dog at Doggie Days Barn & Biscuit?

Rabies – 1 to 3 year (per your veterinarian)

DHPP – (Distemper/Parvo combination booster) – 1 to 3 year (per your veterinarian)

Bordetella – (Kennel Cough) – required annually

If we cannot confirm vaccinations were given by a licensed veterinarian, we will NOT be able to board your dog.  We do NOT accept vaccinations done by breeders or pet owners.

What you need to bring when boarding:

Food:  We encourage you to bring the food your dog eats on a daily basis to prevent any change in diet that would cause digestive issues.  Please put in a sealed zip-loc bag labeled with the feeding amount (ex:  1 cup 2x/day)

Toys:  You are welcome to bring up to 2 toys.  No toys with squeakers or loose parts.

Bedding:  We provide bedding, however, you are welcome to bring a clean, laundered blanket.

Medications:  Please bring any required medications in their original containers.  Include the medication schedule.  Please document this information on the Pet Information Sheet.  A service fee to administer medication will be added to the boarding total. ($2.00 per administration or $5/day, whichever is less).

Collar:  Dogs should wear a collar while boarding.

What you DO NOT need to bring:

Bowls or water dishes

Electronic or training collars

Rawhide or anything that resembles it

How are dogs supervised during their stay?

Dogs are boarded on our farm where we also live, therefore, making it much more convenient to maintain and supervise beyond normal business hours.

I have more than one dog.  Can they board together?

Boarding up to two dogs is an option, based on dogs’ size and kennel availability.  As long as they can stay together in a peaceful manner, we will be happy to offer this option with a discount (see Hours & Rates form).

Are all dogs let out together?

Dogs will be provided play time during their stay.  Information provided by dog owners will help us determine how dogs will be grouped for playtime.

What is the plan if my dog becomes sick or in possible need of medical attention while boarding?

We will attempt to contact by phone the (1) dog owner, (2) emergency contact, and/or (3) your pet’s vet as noted on the dog’s information. If time is of the essence, we will contact a local vet or pet emergency clinics.

Are kennels air-conditioned and heated?

Yes, Doggie Days Barn & Biscuit facility is insulated and is climate-controlled for a comfortable stay.

What is the best time to drop off for boarding?

Please refer to the Hours & Rates form for our regular drop-off and pick-up schedule.  We want to consider your needs if there is a time that this schedule does not work for you.  Please call to determine if another time is available (additional fees apply to times outside of our regular drop-off/pick-up schedule).

What is the cancellation policy?

We desire to accommodate and meet the needs of families by allowing reservations to be made weeks and months in advance.  With this in mind, other families may be turned away due to no vacancy.  Therefore, if a notification of cancellation is provided five days before the scheduled drop-off date, there is no cancellation fee.  If notification of cancellation is less than five days, there will be a $50 cancellation fee applied to your account.
